By accessing or using Talentre's products - including the Memecoin Terminal and Prediction Copitrade - you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, have read and understood these Terms, and agree to be legally bound by them.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use our services. Talentre reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Description of Services

Talentre provides AI-powered trading tools and analytics platforms, including:

Memecoin Terminal - an AI-driven trading terminal for Solana-based tokens
Prediction Copitrade - a copy-trading platform for Polymarket prediction markets
On-chain analytics, signals, and related informational content

Our services are informational and technological in nature. Nothing provided by Talentre constitutes financial advice, investment advice, or a recommendation to buy or sell any asset.

Risk Disclosure

Trading cryptocurrencies, memecoins, and prediction market contracts carries significant financial risk. You may lose some or all of your capital. Past performance of any strategy, trader, or signal does not guarantee future results.

Talentre does not guarantee profits. All trading decisions are made solely by the user. Never invest more than you can afford to lose.

By using Talentre, you acknowledge and accept full responsibility for any financial outcomes resulting from your use of our platforms.

User Obligations

You agree to use Talentre's services lawfully and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:

Use the platform for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose
Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or exploit any part of the service
Share your account credentials with third parties
Circumvent any security or access controls
Use automated tools to access the platform without prior written consent

Intellectual Property

All content, software, algorithms, designs, and trademarks on Talentre platforms are the exclusive property of Talentre or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the services for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

Reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of any Talentre content without explicit written permission is strictly prohibited.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Talentre and its affiliates, officers, employees, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages - including loss of profits, data, or goodwill - arising from your use of or inability to use the services.

Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you to Talentre in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Termination

Talentre reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to any service at any time, with or without notice, for any reason - including violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the services ceases immediately.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.
